Mingo functions as a support tool for hiring process management.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

You may not use Mingo to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Carry out illegal activities
  • Discriminate against candidates for legally prohibited reasons
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use the platform for mass extraction of data or scraping

Mingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

4. Candidate Data

Users may upload or process candidate information on the platform.

You represent that you:

  • Have the right to process such data
  • Have consent or legal basis to do so
  • Use the data in compliance with applicable law

Mingo acts solely as a technology infrastructure provider for processing this data.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The platform may use AI systems to:

  • Generate resume summaries
  • Identify relevant information
  • Suggest matches between candidates and job openings

AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only.

Final hiring decisions are solely the user's responsibility.

Mingo does not guarantee absolute accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights over the platform, including:

  • Software
  • Design
  • Interface
  • Brand
  • Content

Belong to Mingo Software S.A.P.I. de C.V.

Use of the platform does not grant ownership rights over the software.

7. User Content

Users retain ownership of information uploaded to the platform, including:

  • Resumes
  • Messages
  • Candidate data
  • Job descriptions

By using Mingo, users authorize the platform to process this information in order to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

Mingo aims to keep the platform continuously available, but does not guarantee the service will be free from:

  • Interruptions
  • Errors
  • Technical failures

The platform may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mingo is not responsible for:

  • Hiring decisions made by users
  • Errors in information provided by candidates
  • Loss of hiring opportunities
  • Indirect damages arising from use of the platform

Use of the service is at the user's own responsibility.

Changes will be published on the website and take effect upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
