When a customer uses Mingo to run recruiting workflows, Mingo acts as a processor / service provider for the candidate data that the customer chooses to upload or process.

  • Operational history inside the platform

3. Processing purposes

Personal data may be used to:

  • Provide access to the platform and its features
  • Manage recruiting workflows and follow-up
  • Summarize resumes and extract relevant information through AI tools
  • Support organization, assisted prioritization, and follow-up continuity
  • Provide technical support and commercial attention
  • Improve service performance and security
  • Comply with legal and contractual obligations

4. Providers and data transfers

Mingo does not independently determine the recruiting purposes of customer workflows and processes that information in line with customer instructions.

Mingo implements reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect information against:
