2. Data processing contexts
Mingo processes personal data in two main contexts:
a) Site leads and commercial contacts
When a person books a demo, requests information, or interacts with Mingo as a prospect, Mingo acts as the controller of that personal data.

- WhatsApp or other contact details
- Scheduling or commercial follow-up data
b) Candidate data uploaded or processed by customers
When a customer uses Mingo to run recruiting workflows, Mingo acts as a processor / service provider for the candidate data that the customer chooses to upload or process.
- Resumes
- Recruiting conversations or messages
- Relevant professional information
- Operational history inside the platform
3. Processing purposes
Personal data may be used to:
- Provide access to the platform and its features
- Manage recruiting workflows and follow-up
- Summarize resumes and extract relevant information through AI tools
- Support organization, assisted prioritization, and follow-up continuity
- Provide technical support and commercial attention
- Improve service performance and security
- Comply with legal and contractual obligations
4. Providers and data transfers
Data may be processed by technology providers that support platform operation, including:
- Cloud infrastructure
- Communications
- Analytics and monitoring
- Artificial intelligence
These providers, including artificial intelligence providers, will process data only under Mingo's instructions, subject to contractual confidentiality obligations, and without any right to use that information to train, improve, or calibrate their own artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, respond to requests, comply with legal or contractual obligations, and address operational issues.
Upon termination of the commercial relationship with a customer, or at that customer's express request, Mingo will delete or destroy the corresponding candidate data within ten (10) business days, retaining only information whose preservation is required by law, and providing evidence of such deletion when requested.
6. Use of data in artificial intelligence systems
Mingo uses artificial intelligence tools exclusively to generate summaries, extract relevant information, and support the organization and prioritization of candidates within the platform. Candidates' personal data is not used to train, improve, or calibrate artificial intelligence models, machine learning models, or similar technologies, whether our own or those of external providers.
7. Customer legal basis and responsibilities
Customers who upload or process candidate data in Mingo represent that they have the required consent, notice, or other sufficient legal basis under applicable law.
Mingo does not independently determine the recruiting purposes of customer workflows and processes that information in line with customer instructions.
8. Information Security
Mingo implements reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect information against:
- Unauthorized access
- Loss
- Misuse
- Alteration
9. ARCO Rights
The data subject has the right to:
- Access personal data
- Rectify incorrect data
- Cancel data where applicable
- Oppose data processing
